  1. I am just in awe at the quality of these presentations. How can the government responsibly proceed in the face of such compelling evidence? How can the goverment favour corporate rent-seekers over the factual objections brought forth by citizens, the media, municipal and county governments, professional organizations and other MPPs? If George Smitherman proceeds with this ill-disguised attempt to abrogate our rights and freedoms, the fallout at the ballot box will be decisive.
    The former President of France, Mr. Valery Giscard d’Etaing, recently wrote in a book by Christian Gerondeau entitled “CO2:un mythe planetaire”, that the vast sums of money being spent to save the planet are being wasted. He cited as an example wind turbines, which ruin the landscape and are an inefficient means of producing energy.
    The ham-fisted approach that the Liberal government has chosen to pound the square GEA into the round hole of the Ontario Energy Supply Plan is irrefutable evidence of their utter disregard for the people of Ontario and frankly, the logical fallacies on which the GEA is based
