    • David,
      come on………….just a little giggle.
Calvin and Hobbes tell’n it like it is!
      Good for them!

      Drum roll please!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
I’m rolling on the floor laughing!

This should be taken as a warning to government!
The voters will take no more!
Picking winners and losers is ethically wrong,
      and does not work. Period.

      Subsidies!
Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!…….still rolling – on the floor!

A Deep throated message from the Premier:

      Topic:
Let’s get ‘ethical’ – Cheats, Crooks and Cronies – because –
      well – they’re ‘green’.

      Ugh!
      Still laughing!
p.s. keep it coming Calvin and Hobbes!

  1. And to think we have a new generation being educated in our schools who will think this will be quite acceptable, especially with green renewable energy, because, after all, it will “save the world”. I also did not laugh. It is the sad reality we face.

  2. I think it’s reallly funny that our Mayor said that we had been given a truckfull of lemons so he would make lemonaide when describing being, “bought off” by the wind companies. There ya go.

  3. OK it was funny — haha — like a tooth ache — far too close to the truth if you ask me…

    Funny like this is funny…

The incontestable need for increased energy production has overwhelmed the brief and delusional consensus behind the deranged boondoggle of cardigan-clad builders of windmills and solar panels. (Both business administration and psychiatry faculties of the future will want to know what possessed T. Boone Pickens to bet $1 billion on windmills.)

    • Just for laughs!
      Lib’s night out!

…………highlights solutions that are available for individuals,
governments and society to help save the environment.

Conrad Black is fabulous with words. Every word is true.

I’d like to know what he thinks about $Millions being spent
      on Conservation aka Rationing electricity.
      Ha! Ha! Ha!
I’m storing electricity in a green garbage bag – for laundry day!
      I’m just crazy! [wink]

      • More fun!

“I went to the fuse box to investigate because that is where the sound came from.
Every thing looked fine but it smelt like burnt wire so we weren’t going to bed.
Something was wrong and we didn’t want the house to burn down.”

        Ooops!
Ontario sleeps soundly with one eye open.
p.s. I’m trying not to laugh – honest.

  4. Like Maria VanBommel’s explanation of how smart meters work by dollar cost averaging, so just consume more so it’ll all even out?!

    • Seems she got the stock market mixed up with smart meters. Dollar cost averaging is an insane way to go broke.
