This Class 4 wind facility, known as the Grand Bend Wind Farm, will be located within the municipalities of Bluewater and South Huron, in Huron County. Portions of the transmission line also traverse the Municipality of Huron East, in Huron County, and the Municipality of West Perth, in Perth County.

Note that since the REA application was deemed complete on August 28, 2013, the applicant submitted details regarding modifications made to the project. The modifications include:

  1. When the fox is in charge of the henhouse, what other outcome could you possibly expect?

  2. Matter fact is all this is legal that means legal fiction approval by pirates and pirate captains or some call them foxes
Lets try this in a lawful jurisdiction of man and unlock and turn the key. They do not have lawful jurisdiction in our backyards, period. Done. If you know how to stand.
Key provided by your universe so use universal law or stay in there matrix of tricks. Your pill to swallow
So far your matrix is destroying you and our future generations life on earth. They do not care about mother earth but extracting your life blood, energy, and resources for what? They labelled it as green energy false labelling and brainwashing the large city dwellers that this is good. Only to fill themselves up will$$ and there partners in this crime.Your own name is a label they own thru legal fiction fraud. Get rid of this label with it,do not claim it.not yours! Yet
Time is running out on this and we need more living bodies than dead fictions to get them to back off.

    • This is the only remedy you have as the courts belong to them also. They are captain of the crown pirate ships and you are there cargo.
Bought and paid for thanks to your BC account that is causing all this fraud in legal misery.
Lawyers, bankers, judges all play this legal fraud.
You can become the living witness to all this fraud.
This has been the greatest lie ever, and such a grandiose lie that you cannot seem to accept such a horrendous lie from your masters.
What a great cover up. Now uncover it up and be the WITNESS,and end THIS!

  3. This is just plain madness !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    STOP THE WIND TURBINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. The money just loaned by Canada to finance the U.K. offshore wind turbines will just drive people in the U.K. further into energy poverty.

U.K. people should know that this is the government and wind developers and not the Canadian people doing this.

Northland Power Sells Stake in Ontario Wind Farm to Natives

‘[excerpt] Northland Power Inc. (NPI), a Canadian power-generation company, sold a 50 percent stake in a wind energy project that’s under development in Ontario, Canada, to two native groups.

The Aamjiwnaang and Bkejwanong First Nations acquired the interest in the company’s Grand Bend Wind Farm, which will consist of as many as 48 2.3-megawatt Siemens AG (SIE) wind turbines, Toronto-based Northland said today in a statement. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The Ontario Power Authority agreed to buy Grand Bend’s output under a 20-year contract that pays 13.5 Canadian cents (13.3 cents) a kilowatt-hour, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The wind farm is expected to cost C$385 million, Gordon Potts, Northland’s business development director, said by e-mail.

“We are seeking to put forth a new development model thinking out of the box that will maximize the economic benefit to the First Nation for future generations to come,” Aamjiwnaang First Nation Chief Chris Plain said in the statement.’
