South Bruce Peninsula is backing Arran-Elderslie’s wind turbine bylaw.
Council members approved without comment Tuesday a recommendation to “support and endorse the resolution and bylaw passed” by that the municipality in a bid to regain some local say over wind farms.
A letter to council from A.P. Crawford, Arran-Elderslie’s chief administrative officer and clerk, said copies of the bylaw are being sent “to all municipalities in Ontario” seeking support. Continue reading
