Aside from the safety conditions to pilots and passengers, the turbines here are contravening the Canadian Air Regs. Are these companies now above and beyond the laws of this land?
When the law gets in the way, the wind industry either ignores it, or lobbies (ie pays off) government to change it. If a government refuses to act in the best interest of its citizens, you have an untenable situation. How close are we to civil disobedience and anarchy?
There is a reason why the wind promoters always have police at their meetings….and it is the same reason that all thugs need bodyguards. When you make a career out of harming people, there are bound to be repercussions.
