Ontario heading to the polls

voteoutLondon Free Press, By Antonella Artuso
TORONTO – Ontario is heading to the polls. NDP Leader Andrea Horwath said she will vote against Premier Kathleen Wynne’s spring budget which means that the Liberal minority government would fall on a confidence vote as early as May 7.

“It’s time for change,” Horwath said Friday. “You deserve a better government.”

Horwath said the growing list of scandals attached to the Liberal government and her lack of confidence in Wynne to deliver on her budget promises are behind her party’s decision to pull the plug on its support. Read article

    • We the people can turn back the political and judicial clock.
We the people can indict criminals including judges and politicians.
We the people can reinstate the “Elected committeemen.”
We the people can reinstate and reopen our armories and reinstate our militia.
We the people can force compliance to the Articles of Freedom.
We the people can stop open political corruption and bind them by the ” lawful principles” of the Constitution.

THERE MUST BE AT LEAST “TWENTY FIVE MEMBERS PER JURY
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
THE MEMBERS MUST BE PEOPLE OF THE JURISTICTION OF COMMON LAW
WE MUST CARRY OUT THE JURY’S IN OUR COMMUNITY COURT HOUSES TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY

      JURISTICTION

No decision of a peoples grand jury is reviewable in any court of the government since it is they who are under scrutiny.
No government transgression against anyone in any respect.
No government breaking of articles of peace or security.

      Jury Rules

It is the Duty of the Peoples Grand Jury, if anyones unalienable rights have been violated, or removed, without a “lawful” sentence of their peers , from their lands, homes, liberties or lawful rights, we (the twenty five) shall straight away “restore” them. And if a dispute shall arise concerning this matter it shall be settled according to the judgment of the twenty-five “people” Grand Jurors, the sureties of the peace.

    • Spiritual Power – provides each man/woman/ child with forgiveness of mistakes and unalienable rights, a sense of honor and a sense of wellbeing.

Political Power – is to provide for domestic tranquility, common defense and general welfare and prosperity to the people.

Judicial Power – is to establish justice and secure the blessings of life, liberty and property to the people.
CONTROL OF YOUR DESTINY FREE OF TYRANTS UNTIL YOU CONTROL THESE THREE POWERS YOU CAN NOT HAVE LIBERTY!!

    • How about not voting?
Are we not grown ups and no more need for babysitters or mommy or daddy or nanny state orphans?
If still needed then your still not grown up yet.
I tend to be well advised that mommy and daddy wants me to grow up and do no harm to others now that they taught me well enough to handle my affairs in a peaceful manner.
Sorry kids are for tricks by your master. Slaves not me.

  1. Don’t get too excited….The Enabler might change her mind….NDP’ers are famous for saying one thing to-day and something else tomorrow. Also, the party is not strong financially. Spent a lot of money they didn’t have on by elections. Famous for putting Andrea’s mug in ads bigger than the candidates.

  2. In the end Horwath didn’t get the chance to play coy like last year, Wynne simply pulled the plug herself. What this represents is a completely wasted year, with many new IWT projects made shovel ready. Horwath could have avoided this by putting the well being of Ontarians ahead of her party and union friends. For that she will pay very dearly come June 12.

  3. Barbara – are you serious that one of the lawyers at an ERT hearing argued that your toenails could be ripped out repeatedly over a twenty year period and this wouldn’t amount to “serious harm”?

Does this appear in a transcript somewhere?

  4. The issue of the toenails came up but don’t recall when and where

Why can’t one of the MPPs ask which Canadian banks is lending money to NextEra?
This could be an issue in the upcoming election?

If you have a bank that owns stock in a company and at the same time is lending money to that same company, isn’t this an issue? Need to know who the banks are.

“NextEra energy is the big winner of Ontario wind contracts”
OPA announced 19 new wind contracts and the big winner was NextEra
The name NextEra does not appear in any of the documents as contracts were awarded to subsidaries.

    Does anyone have this data?

The revolving credit went from C$300M > C$750M

Susan Tweney raised an important issue about financing of renewable energy projects and where the money comes from. Have more new information now on this issue than when the issue was brought up here by Susan.

  8. Shouldn’t we all vote Liberal so they can finish the job?

The Green Peace and Environmental Defense can take over and plant Trillium Flowers around the base of each wind turbine — to pacify them.

    Just askin’

  9. That’s not even funny WillR. If you’re going to yak about finishing off something, yes it would definitely have to do with the Liberals but it wouldn’t have anything to do with an election.
    Ya know what I’m sayn…
